Actually, what seems to have happened far as I can tell is the Sketch layer somehow being copy pasted onto the Top Floor. I've locked that too now for good measure.

>>5464 >>5466 Fixed. Merry Christmas.
>>5467 It's a Christmas miracle!

Here's the activity of the week, the Sunday session is on. Hope to see you there!

(5.94 MB 14000x8028 Sunday 21-12-26.png)

>>5471 And that concludes the Sunday session. Not a big turnout this time, but that's understandable with the holidays and all.
I think Drawpile crashed when I tried to reset the session, hopefully it's back up now-or ideally I'm just wrong heh. All I know is it didn't let me back after I got disconnected
(121.46 KB 512x512 woke.gif)

The canvas has been unlocked. >>5483 Everything gets locked if you disconnect during a reset. Make sure that people are able to draw before leaving.
>>5484 I see, after I hit the reset I stepped away from my computer and found that I had been disconnected-it was at that point I tried to reconnect but it wouldn't let me. I must have lost connection somehow during the reset unfortunately and then without being able to return it caused some problems.

So concludes the Monday-Saturday Session, the Sunday Session begins! See you there (unless you're still recovering from New Years, of course)!

A user named "Tomatera" came in and drew all over another user (named Kot)'s stuff. I think it was unintentional somehow or they just didn't know any better-if there's any way you can fix this without ruining either of their work I'd appreciate it but otherwise I think it's best to just let bygones be bygones and forget about it.

Sayonara Sunday Session! Regularly weekday drawing activity resumes, until next time! >I'm going to be late for work so I don't have time to edit these images for some of the alternative destinations' formatting restrictions until I get home unfortunately.
>>5527 >it's the fat vorefag furry that roams around halfchan drawthreads. Are we in danger?
(51.32 KB 500x625 fucking really.jpg)

>>5528 I think it's funny that even though I don't know this guy, he outed himself readily by saying that they stalked and harassed him "assuming he was just some degenerate furry" yeah
>>5529 >assuming One is what one does. I just remember people arguing.

I wrote a bot to take care of session reset. This should relieve the moderators of a lot of repetitive boring tasks and allow them to focus on more important things. Please let me know if it does something weird so I can promptly shut it down. >>5523 Noted. I will ban him if he does it again. Unfortunately restoring it now would probably be too late as the canvas has already been posted. If the people involved insist on getting their drawings back to their original form please let me know. >>5528 Sadly I do not really follow dramas so I have no idea who he is. Plus I was not there yesterday so I have no idea what happened. I will let my moderators take care of things as they see fit.
>>5532 Autoreset is the MVP, very nice work with that. What are their criteria for engaging the reset? Is it just timed, based on file size and stuff like that or a little of both?
(195.55 KB 790x708 no_hands.png)

>>5535 It takes both into consideration with priority given to size.
Forward base was getting pushed back a little far for my liking. Can I get a quick rundown on how things have been in the server over the past couple days? Is the "one guy" still coming in or did we ban him/did his autism get peacefully redirected elsewhere without incident? So many questions.
(284.88 KB 850x792 cat_caterpillar.png)

>>5551 He is still here. No worries though. If he gets too disruptive he will get removed from the premises. I am only hosting this place for /loomis/ users so I have no qualm about banning him. Hope things get better for you soon.
>>5553 Truth be told I wouldn't feel good about banning him "just like that" because he hasn't done anything particularly wrong or egregious, but if it comes down to him going or some of the better "foreign" artists or /loomis/ users who might not like him going I'd obviously prefer the former just by seniority if nothing else, even if it's "unfair". Another user brought up a good point, suggesting that he should at minimum be politely confronted about things that have irritated others about him. If there is any room for compromise that seems to be the way to go, I just worry that whatever response there was going to be through his initial attendance has already been suffered, disproportionate it may be.

Someone made a bit of a mess on the canvas which overlapped with existing drawings. The person responsible has been taken care of along with the vandalism. >>5555 Impressive. Very nice. Honestly I do not care. He can do whatever he wants as long as he is not vandalizing the canvas or soliciting requests from others.
>>5556 Yeah I've kind of changed my opinion of the whole situation, the guy started with a request which is a bad look but since then he's done nothing wrong other than being weird which is hardly a capital offense.
Man the I got disconnected from the server and cant rejoin for whatever reason it just says connection timed out. Such a lot of shit
(382.88 KB 600x758 you.png)

>>5560 Yeah you got banned. See >>5556
>>5561 why the fucked did I get banned?
I was figure drawing
>>5561 Your Honor, surely my client didn't draw over someone else's drawings on purpose, right? Perhaps a warning would suffice? >>5563 For the record drawing on someone's stuff even by mistake is a pretty big deal so you really have to be careful. However, if you were just drawing over people's stuff with reckless abandon I don't think it'll be easy to reason such an action away. I would like for this situation to be resolved amicably but without seeing what was done myself it's hard to say.
(1.53 MB 1538x771 ai_generation.png)

>>5562 >>5563 You keep scribbling over existing drawings; more often than not on the same layer as the drawing itself. And this is not the first time mind you. It might be unintentional and you might not even remember but that goes to show your lack of regard for other people's work. I take vandalism rather seriously because no one will put any serious effort into their creation if their hard work can get defaced by an internet autist at any moment. >>5564 Usually I just clean up after him and let him go because I am more lenient towards /loomis/ users. But yesterday someone noticed that he wrote nigger on a drawing and I had to intervene because I do not want more people to get the wrong idea that this kind of behavior is allowed. Plus his stuff are so low effort that it looks like vandalism to the normal user. The fact that they overlap without fail with existing drawings does not help. >Perhaps a warning would suffice? Yes. The ban will expire in a week. The next will be permanent though.
>AutoReset-san disconnected Was it something I said? Then again, the canvas is getting huge, I almost disconnected doing a session reset myself
(93.77 KB 728x497 manga.jpg)

>>5572 There is nothing to worry about. I have designed it specifically to be able to perform under unstable connection and large file size. It has access to all information even without being connected and will automatically reconnect when the time to reset comes.
(5.92 MB 14000x8028 1-9-22s.jpeg)

(16.73 MB 14000x8028 1-9-22s.png)

and the Sunday Session concludes. Thanks for joining! >I'll have to format it for the other boards later, already late for work I'm afraid.

(11.46 MB 14000x8028 drawpile243.jpeg)

Thank you for dropping by! The canvas is much larger than the file size limit of this site so I have posted the original on anonfiles: https://anonfiles.com/X0tbib88x1/drawpile243_png I have removed all past ban records because they were server-side and there was no way for a moderator to access them. From now on everything shall be handled from the drawpile client. I did not bother reapplying the bans because I trust them to not cause any trouble even if they decide to come back.
>>5587 Oh man I really did forget to post the weekly session somehow, really sorry about that.
Today is the day, get in here
Overslept again, but I'll post everyting when I get home from work heh
