Music Recommendations Anonymous 08/31/2020 (Mon) 21:08:19 No. 3
Anyone have some good comfy music recommendations? I've been listening to random bossa nova jazz stations without knowing any actual artists or albums.
Pink Floyd and The Beatles. Jack Stauber's music is pretty comfy too.
Oncle Jazz is pretty comfy album overall and Cigerattes After Sex's cover of Keep on Loving You is great.
"Man it feels like space again" by Pond is great. https://invidious.snopyta.org/watch?v=q_aMFKZaaCk

>>3 I listen to random comfy stations as well, but this band sticks out for some reason, I like the progression as the songs build. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr8Vd1Id7W4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnU4q2OQmRY

>>227 If I set myself on fire, will I become a star? Nice music that you recommended. I recommend the following embed. Comfy as fuck. https://youtu.be/HVdM5fFgyDs
Air. Two songs which have good female vocals. They have other great songs too. Funny French people
>>237 >>236 I have listened to only two albums - Moon Safari and Talkie Walkie, and I have to say they have one of the better "moods" in some of the songs. I don't know what better word to use to describe it. Funny, I discovered them when I was listening from Motherboard - daft punk. I started looking for songs similar to that, instrumentals, no genre specific, and in the comments below someone was asking the same question; and someone else replied La Ritournelle - sebastien telleir. I navigated from there to French "artsy" music and again, was led to La femme d'argent - Air; your first song. Will post more.
>>241 Funny how certain trends in music get anchored to their times. I wouldn't even be able to hazard a guess at who is today's Air or Enigma or Deep Forest. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jM5Ff2EnP3o https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JS5oGIc-CbA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NRO1Ocqpsk
>>241 >>244 Another artist I found out about. - Sebastien Tellier. Also french, he has made some popular pop songs too. La Ritournnelle is one my favourites. His music videos are a bit eccentric and tryhard honestly, but the one for L'amour naissant is quite comfy.
