Remember Shareware discs (Demo discs if you were a console fag) and how awesome those were? My parents would often get me new ones, sometimes with the magazines they often came along with. I would spend countless hours just sifting through those discs and playing every game on them. Sometimes I would find a really cool demo and I would play that one for hours. I remember finding some cool image editing software as well as a demo for Fury3 on those things. Archive has a huge collection of these, thankfully. https://archive.org/details/cdbbsarchive

>>28 I didn't expect to find Japanese shareware CDs in that collection, even nicer.
>>29 https://archive.org/details/cdrom-otacd-74 Forgot link It seems to have trailers for PS2 games as well.

>>12 Yeah, extremely underrated and overlooked. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-rbl0n3BUQ This is pretty cool, a 9/11 themed album that samples news clips from that day.

Hey there, this is an off-topic board meant for those who embrace vintage computing aesthetics such as vaporwave, Y2K and others. It's slowly being worked on. >What is Y2K (external link, no involvement from me) https://aesthetics.fandom.com/wiki/Y2K >What is Vaporwave (external link, no involvement from me) https://aesthetics.fandom.com/wiki/Vaporwave Once fonts posted on /res/ work on custom CSS, expect to see more change...probably. <if you want to help out, just let me know in this thread.

Is it possible to change a board's name after it's been created? With all due respect to British English, it's known as vaporwave, with no "u".
>>23 It sounded cooler in my head. Anyway, i'm looking for someone to take care of this board. Hit me up with your username if (You) are interested.

Damn anon, that's pretty cool. I will look through it. However this board's default theme is a fucking eyesore.

>>20 I sadly do not have sufficent knowledge in making board themes. If I could I would make a Classic Macintosh theme similar to the site discussing WiiApple.
